What causes this? That giant teeth looking face when some people open there mouths. Idk why but I mostly see it in girls tbh.

Maybe, but I feel like this isn’t the only thing that would cause the horse teeth look bc it would js show gum instead of tooth.

Yea I think it’s probably a mixture of multiple things. Large teeth is definitely part of it.

Partially teeth but their midface grew too long vertically so when they open their mouth or smile you see way too much gum and teeth. Can also be from a long philtrum or lip incompetence where their lips can't close over their teeth at rest. The surgery fix is a lefort 1 impaction where they cut the maxilla and move it upward to shorten the face and reduce the gummy smile.
