There are no models with buccal fat ... if you do have it, then you do not have the required angularity for the stage and photoshoots, no matter how "good" you look, your look will not be "model tier"

So, Barrett never had any buccal fat pads to begin with.

As for why he is leaner: FAT LOSS. He probably ate shit before. Now he is strict with his eating. And also, some lasix might help him too.

Buccal fat can be pinched in a lean face BUT it is WAY DEEPER. It feels like a distinct roll of fat under your muscle.

If you look at the pic:

the buccal fat is situated slightly below your zygos. Removing it primarily gives you the "lean"-look, because your cheekbones (if you have em) get emphasized. Also, the lack of buccal fat gives you this hollow under the lateral cheekbone:

Which is IMO the thing you do NOT want to have. It looks cool in the photos, but IRL, it really ages you.

Extremely legit, when i take stimulants for my finals i always lose weight and also lose water weight cause stimulants act like indirect diuretics causing water depletion. In pictures i look way better but irl i look like a junkie, sunken cheeks and popping cheekbones, but it looks noticeably sickly
