What causes the youthful glow??

It makes women so much hotter. I don't get it man, 25 year old girls have the exact same faces as when they were 18 but they don't have the glow and its just so depressing. The agepill is fucking brutal. We need to get our Shit together and end aging or make full dive VR so we can all stay young forever. Anyone know what causes it? Is it literally just collegen? TBH Some Men also have the youthful glow, I'm 18 and I definitely see it in myself, super soft glowing tan skin. But for some reason when men lose it anywhere from 22-25 it isn't nearly as much of a looksmin. Some Men don't even have the youthful glow when they are young. Having rugged harder masculine skin is totally acceptable.


Men aging like wine is cope, but men definitely have a longer prime. 27 year old men can mog their 18 year old self, but 27 year old women will never mog her 18 year old self. After 30 both genders are pretty much fucked unless they are actively looksmaxxing and preventing aging.

When I have all of these on check I look more healthy, vibrant and my skin is glowing but if I stop doing these my skin goes back to being dull.

Because physiognomy is a hard science no matter what shit liberals say, I'd think that being a good, sweet, girl who hasn't been jaded by men or hasn't slutted around on her own accord is generally the best sort of looking girl that you're thinking of. Women becoming bitter. That's why I think it's imperative of men to keep the women they're with happy (at least, if they plan on raising children with them and keeping them around for the long term). 'Resting Bitch Face' is a real phenomenon.

Another example: Footballers. The competition is now dominated by older players. Whereas once before it was practically considered retirement age by the time you were 29, now, if they can get passed the hump of age 27, they tend to dominate even into their late 30s or early 40s: Ronaldo, Messi, Cuatehmoc Blanco (prior to his retirement, he scored a goal at the world cup in his 40s) Fernandinho, Buffon, Luka Modric, Robert Lewandowski, Ibrahimovic, etc. etc. etc.

That is caused by slightly oilier skin+clear skin. Oily skin with acne looks like shit but slightly oily and clear skin is goodlike. When humans get older, they naturally produce less oil. So in theory a good moisturizer and clear skin is all you need for that glow.
