Likely a body assymetry . I can tell because his neck is uneven . He ironically needs to chin tuck 24/7

Yes, this is what they call atlas misalignment. Look it up.

Imagine growing up with such misalignment in the atlas.

We are truly bluepilled about the atlas. We need some blackpill threads about it.

His top part is okay IMO. Once he realigns the atlas, he could get the rest fixed too.

Multiple possibilities including stenosed suture, Goldenhar Syndrome, or craniofaciocervical scoliosis

While the ears asymmetry can’t be totally fixed most of the face could be fixed with an orbital box osteotomy:

Does anyone know if this can be fixed with chiro past 18?

If you have atlas misalignment, then yes.
Yep I have exactly what he has but to a much lesser degree. Already improved massively through chin tucking, mewing, sleeping on back etc but might go to chiro to bring to next level.

Same. I will go visit a special doctor for it in April. I also heard that you need to fix malocclusion, so it doesn’t occur again.

as one user said his neck is deviated

also his sphenoid is likely severely tilted (from our angle the right side is much higher leading to higher hairline eyebrows everything on that side)

likely has severe scoliosis too.

his asymmetry so bad i wonder if congenital

face and body are linked

What doctor?

What doctor?
There are chiropractors specialised in atlas alignment but be careful and tell him to go slow, try postural exercises first with him together because a mistake can render you paralysed. Nerves go through that area.

Concept created by snake oil 'hollistic' practicioners selling the cure for it.
some hints of truth, but twisted and oversimplified as "it's all from this single bone!! we just need to fix it with special therapies"
What would be the cause if not for it then, the atlas or something else?
