Said I can't do much, must be bullshit right?
I'm guessing narrow mandible. Someone else said big masseters but that never causes the actual dip in it
Also yes I'm like 25% body fat.

Damn you look like a chipmunk. You should cut down to 15% body fat, and if you want a better jawline, get jaw implants. Also shave that ugly beard, it doesn't look good on you. Those things should make the most difference for your face. If your face is still fat at low body fat, then you need to get buccal fat reduction surgery.
