What causes this definition around the nose bridge/supras?

There is clear separation between his eyes and the nose bridge due to the brow ridge.

For me it just kind of blends in and looks quite neotenous/feminine. There is no clear separation. I can’t really find any pictures.

Is it a phenotype/forehead shape thing or is it due to brow ridge prominence? Can it be achieved through implants?
