Is this just a standard hooded shape? What causes this? Is it a common eye shaped

when you become old the eye lids sag a bit. If you wanna speed it up like some retards... then do eyelid pulling.
 
If I don't misunderstand, you are talking about hooding similar to this, not this one, this is negative hooding.
