Lots of factors ofc, probably combination of the following:

Predisposition w genetics
Unhealthy pregnancy+already unhealthy mother
Weird birth (wonky exit or C section)
Lack of breast feeding
Pacifiers/dummys
Slop nutrition
Slop texture of food
Breathing issues, habitual heightened with allergies

Tough case, higher SMV than all of us combined despite this JFL
