What causes this subhuman look in the mouth area?

Where the philtrum is bulging out a lot and more projected than the zygos and midface. here's an example of how a normal 3/4th profile looks like

is it collagen? maxilla recession/downward growth? severe nasolabial folds? what can fix this

Maxillary recession imo.

Ironically the mouth area looks normal to me - it’s the rest of the maxilla (minus upper jaw) that isn’t!

The girl has a retruded midface but developed jaws, making the mouth protrude and look uncanny.

In the lower photo, the girl’s entire maxilla grew properly so the jaws don’t look disconnected from the rest of the face.

She has above average maxillary projection for sure. Definitely not an average 3/4 view!

That’s my take but it’s feel like I could be wrong on this though.

Looks too young for it to be collagen. The difference in maxillary projection between the two girls looks like 1cm + to me.
