Is it a very wide jaw short gonial angle and short ramus also ? Short midface and bloating or is there more

Flat jaw from the side, flat jaw from the front, wide masseters, but it is very unusual and almost always a deformity

What about high body fat and big masseters? Can It be caused by that?
