I have wide zygomatic bones that are well proportioned with the face but they are flat in the middle of the face, i think it would be very beneficial to me if they were more appearant.

Flat maxilla = bad maxillary projection
Zygomatic anterior projection depends on maxillary projection while zygomatic lateral projection (width) depends on upper maxilla width, you must have a wide maxilla but a shitty maxillary projection, are you mongoloid ethnically or something ?
Flat maxilla is a very common traits for asians.

I think my maxillary projection is pretty good I checked the maxillary triangle and my nose is slightly upturned and my philtrum is curved too, does that mean it's alright?

You must have at least above average forward growth, it's alright bud.
You don't need barrett-tier maxilla in order to be gl but you must have a decent maxilla.
