What causes your dick to just suddenly curve to the left?

I never had a penis injury as far as I know. One day my dick just wasn't quite right and was a weird flaccid/hard.

After a few months its mostly back to normal but its bent to the left. I still don't know what the fuck is wrong at least I don't have ED anymore but its bent to the left quite a lot even flaccid you can tell its bent to the left.

At this point I'm more curious then anything Peyronies disease is caused by penile trauma how tf could that happen without me knowing?

I was pretty depressed and jerking off 5 times a day could that really have caused it. Then I stopped cause I got ED like I would jerk off once a week and it would barely get hard
