(TLDR at the end) I wanna preface by saying I have a girlfriend (she is Latina for context), so I’m not an incel but I feel like I have an incel mindset because before my current relationship I had a long drought of not getting laid, staying in the vast majority of weekends and being an overall loser being in and out of employment and taking courses with no direction since pretty much summer 2020. (I’m in my early 20s for context)

I’m getting out a little more now. I just went on a spring break trip with some friends and am going on a trip with my GF next week. Despite my life being better than it was last year or two years ago, I just can’t stop feeling heavy resentment at the lack of SMV men of my race have.

I see white men with women of my race on social media, shows, movies, etc. I guess I’m “terminally online” which I would say is accurate but I feel a great deal of resentment towards these couples. It just feels so wrong seeing women of my race choosing these men who oppress us and call us slurs at such a high rate while men that look like me are stuck staying in on weekends studying. I can get more into it but it will just be redundant. I can’t just not let it bother me because I have a deep seated resentment towards these couples. I’m tired of it and I want to be able to accept these couples are part of life and move on.

This resentment got a lot worse last year. I made a hinge profile with an attractive white man and the attention it got from attractive women, including and specifically numerous attractive Asian/Indian women who made the first move and heavily unpromptedly flirted with the WM profile I made. These weren’t post wall (for lack of a better term) ugly Gen X/millennial AF, these were young, very attractive Gen Z women and I was under the impression zoomer ethnic women were less white worshipping. I don’t do this catfishing anymore but that really took a toll on my mental health.

TLDR: I am starting to improve my life slightly and am no longer a total hermit/incel like I have been the last couple of years but I still feel very resentful towards WMAF/WMIF couples that I see on websites and social media and IRL and it consumes a big part of my life.
