What changes can I still expect?

Im 17 male, should I still expect my face to go through any changes? especially in terms of forward growth, widening of the face, I feel its slightly narrow and recessed, but not much. I'm done growing height wise but my face doesn't look that masculine and I have practically no facial hair. Idk if it matters also but I don't think its a test problem cuz I got it tested and it was a little over 750

yeah i think you can still expect minor changes
