My eyebrows are already pitch black, that photo looks like my brows but lighter

It is a bone issue, your eyebrows rest on the supraorbital bone. You could try to "manipulate" the soft tissue into being lower set temporarily with botox though. Else you could try fat grafting, maybe it could pull the eyebrows down too while fixing potential upper eyelid exposure.

So really botox is your best short-term solution. For a long-term solution get supraorbital implants done.

I was mostly talking about the eyebrow setness. Yeah you can get a eyebrow transplant to make it thicker, but maybe try going for a conservative approach of trying oils and/or Minoxidil first.

Oh alright makes sense, I’m already on minoxidil anyways, but I can’t grow new hair follicles so I would probably need a transplant

It can sometimes, are you doing oral or topical Minoxidil? Maybe combine both for some time too. If I answered your question, you know what to do

Topical only, but I combine it with leftover latisee sometimes

Might hop on oral minox though, but would it really help that much? And wdym by grow new hair follicles sometimes

Yes, most likely it would. Just keep blood pressure under control, maybe you could get hypotensive.
