My stack:

Black seed oil

Tongkat ali 300mg

Vit D3 5000ui

Vitamin k2 50mgc (ONLY ON DAYS WHERE I CANT EAT EGGS)

Vit C 1000mg

Calcium 1000mg (rarely, i try to get it from milk tho)

Beef gelatine powder 20g

Omega3 fish oil 1000mg

Creatine 5g

Butea superba 800mg

L arginin 2g at night

L orthinin 2g at night

L lysin 1g at night

ashwagandha 500mg at night

Zinc 50mg at night

Mag glyninate 360mg at night

I also eat 5-6 eggs a day…

I assume its the Butea Superba, apparently it lowers T “significantly” but butea superba is also supposed to be a libido booster? Should i tone down on the dosage?

For reference usually i fight the need to jerk off everyday… but now its once every 4-5 days.

I really think it’s the butea superba… i’m hopping off of it for 1-2 weeks then hopping back on and cutting the dose in half

Anyone let me know if you have any other ideas
