i 100 percent agree, it seems because of hypergamy, women only look at mean 1-3 points higher as ideal mates, and say then say these men are their equals because they can get sexual access from said men. Said women then harshly reject men who are on her real level. Say she is a 5/10 women, a 5/10-5.5/10 man is seen as beneath her, as said 5/10 women can easily have casual sex with a 7/10 man.

So you have men looksmaxing hitting the gym getting their skin,hair and body right, and go up maybe 1-1.5 points, say a from a 4.5 to a 5.5/10 man and now they belive after they have done the work now they can get a slim average women who is a 5.5/10 also, to their shock the only women who approach or give them play are fat/obese women.

This is different for women say a women is a 4.5/10 and looksmax to a 5.5/10 she now as sexual access to men who are 8/10s.
