I eat animal based for the most part, No veg except maybe potatoes, I eat a lot of gelatinous food so no collagen deficiency, I supplement calcium, zinc, phosphate, magnesium, and vitamin D. I usually spend minimum 30 minutes in the sun everyday

the supplements are toxic they obviously contribute to it, diet is also issue

You can use accutane, but its strong ashell and needs a doctor's prescription, you can also get tretinoin, doesn't need a prescription, probably the best solution for acne after accutane, alot safer, doesn't need bloodwork, just do it right, and be consistent

realistically I eat a lot of sugar mainly for my bones and too much eggs would cause oxidative stress, especially with high saturated fat (I eat a lot of butter). I have 1/2 raw eggs a day blended usually for the nutrients

1. I dont think sugar will grow my bones, its high carb in general, sugar is just easier and more fast acting and promotes recovery 2. I blend the eggs on very low to the point where they are just as cold as they were in the fridge

well sugar and carbs obviously contribute to skin issues so even if u fix everything else you will still have acne. Also if your acne disappears when u get sun in summer its probably because your acne is from blue light

We are almost in the same exact situation what i will do to fix it is to simply source accutane and start taking better care of what i eat

We are almost in the same exact situation what i will do to fix it is to simply source accutane and start taking better care of what i eat
i can get a job when I turn 14 next month so I could maybe start saving for acne treatment, rn Im tryna get a prescription cream

Just try it out yourself, When i eat carbs i get acne days after. I usually eat very low carb and mainly animal based. Some may be more sensitive than others but you have to try to know what works for you

ive tried eating carnivore for like a week and all that happened is severe constipation jfl

then eat a small piece. When you eat raw meat with toxins you only keep3% in ur body but if it’s cooked you keep like 94 if im not mistaken so in the future you will detox more if u eat cooked. If the chicken is really really toxic then that 3% will in worst case make u have diarrhea one time and then you’ll be all good but that means your body threw that away and kept the nutrients which is a good sign. Low quality is safer to eat raw

u did say u had vegan parents tbh dnr allat but yeah it can just be genetic but try ur best and every step forward will make a long road in the end that'll lead to the grand prize of clear skin
