i have very low libido for 1-2 weeks already

eventho i do everything against it

gym 5x a week
supplements (vit d, omega 3, zinc, magn, ashwaganda)
sleeping 7 hours a night + 1 hour in midday
cardio 2-3x a week 15-20 min each
eating on a caloric surplus
not fapping
no porn
no drugs that could cuck my sex drive (fin etc)
no alcohol/drugs
low sugar diet
many animal fats
no real stress
working on my gut health (probiotic supplements, eating yoghurt etc)
stopped watching reels etc. everything that cucks dopamine

yet i can only get my dick 70% hard and dont think about sex at all. am i maybe too exhausted from all this shit? im like never at home, always either working or walking around with friends/gf or im in the gym

i have the same problem, but i’m cutting.

I think the biggest thing for me is work. I’m at work 12h a day, get home 1 hour , go to the gym, get back and sleep.

I sleep like 6-7 h a day and my body doesn’t recover. It’s over, i never think about sex and my dick gets 60% hard when fapping.

I fap only once every 2 days to check my dick.

And i’m also about to start Fin. So it’s basically over for my dick.

If you are depressed it just won't work normally it might be because you are exhausted from that and not happy.
 
Do you have anxiety or something? Mental issues cuck you like crazy, sort that out first by resolving any underlying issues that u haven't been addressing properly then u can literally get hard on demand while eating nothing but pop tarts and sprite at ur age (assuming ur not old)

only thing that might cuck my sex life is that my gf has a lot of stress so low libido.. she doesnt even masturbate or anything anymore cuz of work stress and i overthink its cuz im bad at sex. maybr this is the reason but even when i try to fap i dont rly get that much aroused anymore

Low eastrogen can cause it low testarone as well age is another factor plus if your in a calory restricted state it can cause ed you may have peyronines a genetic condition you may be genetically predisposed I don't know to complex for me to find out ask your doc or take Viagra
