What could have caused these changes in my brain chemistry associated with smoking?

The effects are getting even stronger now. Euphoria, intense autonomous sensory meridian response with goosebumps all over and an immediate mood lift. Feels better than an orgasm. Never heard of anyone actually getting high from smoking cigarettes but I suppose something changed in how my brain processes dopamine or other neurotransmitters. If I haven't smoked for a few hours tho... I get blurred vision, irritable, massive brain fog, sort of in a semi-vegetative state, feeling as though I'm not really there. Consistently wake up unmotivated af, light up and boom - fog lifts, ready to get up and tackle life. Maybe my tobacco is mixed with crack cocaine or is high in naturally occuring MAOIs. Or it's because I've been doing interval fasting in some way or another for years
