Are you getting bimax? Downward facing lips get fixed when bimax is done with CCW rotation.

I might be getting lefort 1 and that will help with upper lip, but it still will be probably a shiity width etc

Your lips look like they need CCW rotation. If you get that done with bimax, it will make your lip shape much more attractive and also appear slightly wider, because the lip corners are moving downwards.

They dont look bad OP, they actually have Oprys shape, maybe a little more volume with fillers but you will need to be really careful you dont end up looking uncany, ill get the jaw surgey first and then look at the lips

You will also need to asses wideness based on your skull shape, they must almost reach your pupil like these

Meeks has ideal lips imo

Even lachowski does not have ideal lips, but he is good looking, so the only terrible failo is really narrow lips, buy you can still be gl
