hey sleep more bro and for the hair just keep growing it and see and depending on how it becomes use different products

1. grow your hair so you can have a hairstyle that coveres your forehead slightly.
2. topical retinoid + vitamin c for under eye, might not doing anything but most u can do
3. hit the gym
4. not to be mean, but DAO botox bc ur smile is a little downturned and it doesn't help, you look sad lol

this is easy soft start imo
