Chin is fine, Jaw is prob the only surgery worth your money

Definitely rhino. Would say jaw implant but I can't really see your jaw. Shave your beard and post profile, but as of now your jaw is looking weak.

first get the haircut in the logo of looksmax.org
your eyebrows are too far, extend them by darkening the inner part with a makeup pencil. (a transplant costs too much)

start mewing and get a chin implant as soon as possible.
there are some surgeries that reduce the upper eyelid exposure, but I'm not an expert.
a nose surgery could improve your look more, but it's not crucial
