get clean shaven since your facial hair is super sparse and patchy it doesnt look good, cant tell if those are just shadows but if its eyebags then use a caffeine serum to lighten them up, get tretinoin cream or an alternative to clean up the big acne spots as they appear since your skin isnt nearly acneridden enough to need accutane, tanmaxx for better coloring (could use tinted spf as well to fraud better coloring)
