It’s interesting he’s had jaw surgery and genio already but the results are honestly subpar.

His midface is too compact, upper third too tall and wide and his lower third too short (short face syndrome or brachycephaly?) chin too narrow with a broad jaw, narrow lips to a comparatively large nose.

His gonial angle strikes me as it’s almost 90 degrees

He needs a revision bimax, the posterior Downgraft was unacceptable, this morph is a little unrealistic his upper jaw would be dependent on bone grafts for a while from the mega Downgraft.

He also needs to get lean, train neck and get masseter Botox.

He posted a pic when he was leaner. His temporal plane is a little off he needs a new hairstyle.

Some surgeons avoid any complex movements which fucks over the patient. It’s common in countries with public healthcare.

I honestly don’t blame that redditor yea she’s in the wrong sub. He needed surgery just got done far too conservatively and she can’t differentiate.
