Ehh this PCA plot suggests otherwise. Although some Han samples are found in the Japanese pool. I guess it's more correct to say some Han are more Japanese instead of vice versa? It's the Hans from Beijing and Shangdong and Shanxi who cluster with Japanese.

L.A's one and only redeeming quality in my personal opinion is the food, the variety of restaurants, food trucks, small businesses, fast food chains, etc, you can get pretty much anything, I have tried even crocodile meat here, you can get exotic shit here too surprisingly for not that expensive in some cases.

Now with that being said L.A is a shithole, and unless you want to gluttonmax like an abused dog like I did when I was younger, it's probably not worth it. I have been to various states and even had people from out of the country who come to L.A tell me similar things (Europe, Australia, Asia, etc) even some fast food chains seem to be better here, like Taco Bell and even giga generic slop like McDonald's, some chains outside of the state seem to have really shitty workers or quality standards, but in certain places here, they do seem to try (surprisingly), maybe it's because even at fast food restaurants, they have nepotism for all their mexican/deathnicc friends/family which is why it's impossible to find a job here if you're white.
