U can reach out to this person to connect u to options in Thailand but not saying id trust X or Y or know them
Kinda big price range
Burak Ercin in Turkey would have done it but I think more like 6k since anesthesia and hospital room etc are sorta fixed, so works better if going under for multiple surgeries ig

I did upper masseter Botox and temple fat graft which I think will fix cheekbone perception together

I’m glad my mind spawned this idea just days before I’d have done it, realizing this made more sense to try first esp when cheekbone shaving morphs alone didn’t look great due to recessed temples above cheekbones and bloated upper masseter still being issues
And this is why good users don’t bother with this site now tbh
