I don't recommend going anywhere abroad rn unless you have rare hard to find skills or/and a big name uni in your resume. The only reason I got hired is because of rare combination of skills. Already production experience by the time I graduated and a elite uni badge. Only go abroad for studies if you don't have to take a loan but with all that said. I'd say Germany rn is really good.

Germany has free public uni's , but far right is on the rise and i'm worried that i'll be a social outcast ,i'm willing to learn german if all that matters

He needs to have C1 Level Fluency tho. It's hard getting a job without that
