Basically 5'8 and below.

If you're 5'10 you will look short compared to taller guys though but as long as they aren't in your proximity for too long then it doesn't matter.

Anything under womens preference is considered short, amongst young women in all western countries that usually ranges from 5"11-6" to 6"4-6"5

5"11 is bare minimum average (but many times is considered short) and under that is completely short, but ideally 6" and up to not be short and 6"3 and up for your height to be a halo

Don't look at the average height of all men in your country, look at the average height of young men in relationships
