What counts as rep farming?

Hi guys, i was just unbanned and put on 90%. Thanks to the mod that unbanned me, all other forums are close to unusable.
Anyway, i want to be careful as to not do something again. So what DOES count as reframing?
Occasionally I might say “rep if this helped” at the end of an answer or thread, i don’t think that’s rep farming but it’s better safe than sorry
