I know he is also squinting in the photo, but how exactly? He has zero upper eyelid exposure in the after photo.

I am assuming it's a combination of

Infraorbital Rim implant
Supraorbital Rim Implant
Eyebrow Lowering (Botox) or UEE Fat grafts
