I don’t do creatine cuz I don’t feel like spending 60/m but I think derb just made a video on creatine pills, idk how good they are but sounds like the best way to take it

Yeah bro its over eating more as a natty= gaining fat and the same muscle u could've gained while eating at maintenance.
Also that garbage doesn't work either and youll lose your gains if u go on a cut naturally.
Just take sarms if your not ready for acc roids. Bulking do rad 140 and LGD and for cutting just rad 140
