I started doing this checklist system that forces me to do specific bare minimums so what do you guys do? I'm vegetarian so I'm scrawny as hell

Rn I'm doing skincare, multivitamins, and creatine. Any recommended supplements or exercises/practices?

u just havent had good meat then u just havent had good meat then
I don't disagree, the only meat I've tried was from popular fast food places. But, I've always considered fast food to be the "baseline", so if I consider those to be dogshit then I don't expect gourmet stuff to be much better. Any recommendations, tho? I'll try again for white meats, I don't WANT to be vegetarian but I feel like I don't have a choice without literally torturing myself
