What density can HTs reach?

there is major opinion hat you can never get as much density in the temples as a non-baldind person. Is it true that there is a limited number of grafts per cm and thats it?

30-40 grafts/cm^2 in one. Then normal density after a second one.

the clinic I went to told me they do up to 55 gratfs/cm2 (max density). And could add more on later surgeries.
