My dentist suggested some kind of dental appliance, but idk which to choose.
I've heard that normal braces cause maxillary recession, so I want to know the best alternatives.
Rn i'm between choosing either Invisalign or Damon braces

Be more specific.

What are you getting braces for?

Crowding? Overbite?

You're right.

My teeth are starting to run out of space, specially the ones at the front of upper jaw, resulting in a minimal overjet. The ones at the front of my lower jaw are also beginning to run out of space, so they're starting to kind of rotate on their x-Axis or move forward.
So basically the dental appliances are needed to create more space. I tried getting my orthopedist to install a MARPE but she said I need less millimeters of expansion than what MARPE can give me.

Maybe consider RPE? Its tooth-borne and typically expands less than MARPE.

Thank you bro.
I'm still going to try and convince my orthodontist about getting MARPE but for a small expansion, but i'll look into RPE too so either way I can expand my palate.

Braces are the way to go, see if you can get some headgear for forward growth
