Dr pen seems to be the best brand for at home derma needling but i cant for the life of me workout why tf there is so many different versions and what each one is for

ill have a look at the derminator, im trying to workout all the ins and outs of what length of needle is used for what, and why there are so many models

i see these people rubbing some serum nd then dermaneedling and that seems insane to me, retards dermaneedling chemicals deep into there skin, ill do some proper research, but i see no purpose to dermneedling salmon semen deep into my skin, people rlly believe anything

less effective, harder to keep sterile since dermneedles come with disposable needles, furthermore dermastamps are more manual/ more time consuming
