Whats the difference between the ones that cost over $120 and the ones that cost like $70? I honestly don't want to spend more than I need to and I need it to last +3 years. I'm going to use it every 4-5 days to stimulate hair growth and collagen production.I need one that can go up to 2.5 mm for hair loss prevention. These are the ones I found online.

if you want it to last just make sure the needles are titanium.
I can't imagine the really expensive ones being much better than the cheaper ones. Their only purpose is to penetrate the skin anyway.

I just got one with adjustable needle size, which I think might also be good if you intend on using just the one pen in the next 3 years and intend on progressing a bit in size. But you might be planning on sticking to one size
