nah lol, I literally do 8 days without my phone every year, in the holidays with my friends, and I feel so much better, your brain literally finds happiness in everything

their dopamine receptors weren't fried by media. sounds like oldcel cope but it really was much easier to enjoy the simpler things plus there was more incentive to do productive things with less social media addiction
