Yes .
I just need a wider Superman like chin.
It would take months with little efforts but it would be worth it.

I sometimes think I gave myself a free genioplasty while people save up for surgeries:lul::lul:.


My nasal bridge is already higher, bonesmashing the nasal bridge is the most painful:feelswah:

Very low intensity,5-6 days per week .
Sometimes I don't even do it.

But,the ideal routine is.
Use Punching knucles and hit at medium strength for 1 minute at a time.
Take a break of 20-30 seconds,do again.
This is 1 session,it can be of 3-5 minutes.

U can do mutliple sessions per week if u can tolerate the pain.

But don't do more than 3-5 sessions or u would hurt urself.



Some tips.

1.dont smash your browridge or forehead,u would look weird like an alien with injury

Only smash ur obitals for hooding.upper orbitals create hooding not browridge.


2.orbitals require least efforts.

3.nasal bridge is more painful and requires more effort.

4.chin is less painful and requires more force to see changes,the underside edges of a water bottle is good enough,or somehing that strong,the fist isnt enough to see chin gains.

5.hold head still with ur other hand so u don't get brain jerks which are bad.
Use ur dominant hand for bonesmashing

I don’t think there is any reliable evidence for bonesmashing aside from the fact it makes you swollen. It’s just swelling, not bone growth?

Non of you are right, he just used the eyelid overlap method. Its quite easy, just raise your brows and then clamp them over your upper eyelids, the fat will engulf the eyelids and you will get hooded eyes, this is what models do too

U can get lower browridge and hooding in 1 months,i got in 2 motnhs but i was irregular to.

And , infraorbital bone can be good in 2 -3 weeks if u do it properly,infras are the most sensitive place and has lots of blood vessels so be careful use very very light taps,i would say instead of tapping,just rib the infra bone with ur nuckles.

Nose bridge and chin takes time time.
Chin can take 2 months at least to see good gains if u do regularly

No,infras are below lower eyelid and Supras are below browridge.

They are like thin line on the edge of cheekbones and browridge

U did It wrong ,maybe tahts why i say to be immensely careful.
Also follow @2dv2 method of using a camera to record ur asymetries and then smash accordingly

I rub very gently using my fist knuckles.

And don't be hasteful,do it for 2-3 weeks with patience and u only need to do rub for 2 minutes a day and u will see changes after 2-3 weeks

My fist punching knucles.
When u close ur first to punch u get knucles between the back of ur hand and ur fingers.
And another knucle wridge formed by ur fingers,i use the first knucle ridge Which is formed by back of the hand and fingers as it gives more force and less efforts.

If you could dm me a video or something it would be appreciated bc I still have many doubts on how.

No,that's why u should use your knucles not your interpharalaangeal bones.
Knucles provide more force

Tap/hit/rub with enough force to provide bone changes but not with too much force as too much force can hurt your nerves and blood vessels.

There's a threshold for bone change, when u start hitting slowly u will surely start to feel this "threshold"

U just need to pass the threshold slightly,and dont hit too hard.

I lightly tapped and rubbed the underorbitals yesterday and I feel some soreness so I guess it went well

doing it everyday or could there be results with maybe 5 min 3x week?
