It would have been a malar implant, albeit it is very very subtle so.

I intend to combine a bimax with Infraorbital / malar implants, it made me happy to see that it was possible to do everything direct

I like how he kept his original nose... I guarantee you MOST docs would have told this guy to get a rhino plus chin implant but after DJS he looks sooo much better an natural.

Well of course it is possible, however the bloating will make it hard to see results for a while
