regret sticking to ''natural'' methods instead of doing things that actually work such as instead of first starting minoxidil i used castor oil, instead of prioritizing real skincare (retinoids/accutane) i rubbed beef tallow on my face, regret not getting a little leaner because ''muhh muhh you gotta grow'' (optimized hormones are at 12-15% anything above that is suboptimal and also makes you look worse), i almost didnt get my braces cuz i was scared that they're unnatural and would make me recessed (thank god i got them :lul:), instead of taking petpides and things that actually ascend you such as PEDS i resorted to cope vitamin supplements thinking they would make me taller :ROFLMAO:, i also regret hyperfocusing on my diet 99% of the time while eating a SHIT ton of fruit thinking ''muhh natural sugar is good'', i regret not growing my hair out and getting shitty tapers, kind of a rant but to keep it simple stop coping and start doing things that actually work (pharmacology, etc)

You'll get stuck playing catch-up and be competing with ripped guys when you turn 18 and go to college if you decide to.

Take my advice and get a solid routine going or completely throw it out the window and look back at it in 5 years with regret.

Performance Enhancing Drugs, you dont have to stop eating fruits lol its just that i was insanely scared of even touching anything processed while guzzling down 300g+ worth of sugar in fruits daily and drizzling almost everything in honey while thinking i was being healthy :feelswhy::feelswhy:

I regret not taking hgh before my growth plates closed. Could have saved so much money and time by doing this but I guess I was just too scared.

alr so basically use the actual stuff thats works or your skin(accutane,tret),and peds?

you can use PEDS for height, bonemass, frame, etc technically you can improve almost everything but its pretty nuanced and also needs a ton of effort and knowledge to utilize them correctly (if you do use them correctly you can change your whole life), its not as simple as just injecting growth hormone and growing 10cm taller or taking test and gaining a shit ton of muscle, you have to have good protocols and habits that help you during the process

Shitty posture, I already had a decently asymmetrical face, but my shitty posture really fucked me
 
you can use PEDS for height, bonemass, frame, etc technically you can improve almost everything but its pretty nuanced and also needs a ton of effort and knowledge to utilize them correctly (if you do use them correctly you can change your whole life), its not as simple as just injecting growth hormone and growing 10cm taller or taking test and gaining a shit ton of muscle, you have to have good protocols and habits that help you during the process
so basicallly it would help with bonemass but it wont directly grow your bone say to unrecess some bone of your for example the maxxila im pretty sure its still good for dimo

theres a difference between bone positioning and bonemass, you cant change the position of your bones without surgery/orthodontic appliances, any changes in structure is just amplifying whatever you have, if you take a look at androgenic he went from recessed with little bonemass to recessed with more bonemass, he looks better but you can still see the recession at the end of the day

yeah pretty much, its still a good looksmax, dimorphism wise you'll skull look bigger also things like chin projection and your side profile would noticeably improve, more projection on the zygos=bigger ogee curve and better angularity, broader chin, etc, stronger ramus but i doubt alot of people actually have the knowledge, time and resources to make their bones grow noticeably on gear

id probably say just research the basics, 99% of people would start on a test cycle with an AI if you're in puberty, moreplatesmoredates has good content on stuff like this, check out bodybuilder forums but mainly for bone growth i would just check on guides here, theres some anecdotal evidence that mechanical pressure and loading (basically bonesmashing) while on Androgens can cause more bonemass and also people saying that just taking the PEDS themself grant you bonemass, what im saying is basically research a shit ton and get to a conclusion

Regret sleeping so little and not getting as much sun as i could have (when there is sun out be outside make you grow) also sleep in time
