Many ppl write and assume many things without testing them

Please answer only with products that helped you for 100% not because u read an article

What I tested or Im testing:

a) prevention: of course Im using sunscreen 50spf korean sp++++ every 2 hours until sun is compeltely down (yes even at 6pm)
additionaly, I became a vampire. I read in a medical book that even sitting in a room with lighting might turn you to an oldcel
so first thing: doing everything to prevent sun damage

b) I've tested retin a 0.05 - it was a big mistake
first of all 0.05 is probably too much in the beginning
its probably (waiting for your advice and experience) to start with either 0.025 or even with retinol
As I was using retin a I probably got a tan for like a first week of using it
It also could have been a tan from moistruizer but I supposed it was caused by vit a in a skin (my skin looked incredible well)

what happened? I got PIE/PIH (read after-acne marks) that's been on my face since November...
I didnt have other side effects I didnt get old or anything
I will be testing 0.025 under eyes as well to erase fine lines that i Got from:

c) minoxidil - it for 1000% aged my skin
I started getting nasobial fine lines + more lines under eyes
do not use it.

d) for PIE/PIH i've been using for a few weeks azelaic acid
as far - I dint not notice results..

e) Product that you must use- moistruizer
I've been using it 2x per day in the morning and before sleeping
Everyone says that its better to have oily skin over dry, cause it will reduce aging (thaats actually way minox is killing skin because of dryness)

f) I tried eye cream under eyes - dermatoligst told me that its not good cause your skin gets too overkilled with many products -

g) I used home-made vit c serum, I've been using it for like 2 months
I didnt get nothing special

h) water- Clean my face before sleeping, use mid-cold water and dry skin with a toilet paper - very smoothly

i) i sleep on satin to prevent sleeping wrinkles - do not do it for a long time so can say if its legit

So basically thats all Ive been using
Nothing helped great

I would like to ask you for your experience
particurarly:

how did you remove wrinkles, fine lines, did you use ashtanix, beta cartoen, lycopen, did you drink carrot juice - did you somehow change your face colour
did you use vit c or aloe vera for a long time, vit c, diuretics, niaxin, overdosed sth and get good skin, retin a, retinol, did you get medical procedures? any trick?

Please answer only with your experience, not bs advice

I got long-term red marks called PIE/PIH

too high concertraion + using every day was a bad idea

i deal with acne breakouts here and then, and i got some red marks left from it.. its not pimples but its like underneath the skin its red
i can only find 0.05% retin-a in here so i just bought it, u were using it daily? damn
so should i go for once a week?

If you can afford you should visit dermatologist or risk with 0.025
0.05 imho and expereince is a bad idea

I already had 8/10 skin, high collage, zero acne etc, but what really helped me get a glow was using Salicylic Acid once a week

i just need to get rid of dark circles. Was eye cream useful ?
Other than that, kojic acid is legit for getting rid of imperfections, unironically.

Only accutane 100% definitively worked. I've tried a boatload of other products. Hard to say what worked and what didn't because results are so gradual with topical

Microneedling I don't think worked very well IME

You only used a cleanser and a moisturizer and this worsened your skin quality ?
Nothing else ?

added tret (retinA) .025 to my basic routine, acne went fully removed after 2 weeks of use tbf i had light acne before. I started using it once every 3rd day and eventually used it daily. My skin also has a slight glow to it now
Difference between Retin-A and Retinol?

Accutane for acne/super oily skin/big pores. MAGIC DRUG

GH: I haven't used it but some of my friends and that shit makes u collagen legend

Hyaluronic acid: not magic, but it will help to improve ur skin

Tretinoin + moisturizer is the only thing I use. Tret is the ultimate collagenmaxxing tool.

Tretinoin helped a lot with my acne and gave me a"rosy" glow. It's by far the best thing you can use for your skin. You have to kinda push through the first few weeks though, because you purge and your skin gets really dry (moisturizer helps greatly with this, use moisturizer AFTER applying tret and waiting 20mins).

-Microneedling helps, it's good for overall skin quality and scars.

-I use a BHA/AHA acids facial mask once a week and my skin is glowing for days after using it.

-My cleanser and moisturizer both contain aloe vera.

-I use a cream containing retinol, vit C and E evey night.

-And of course I exfoliate like twice a week.

Ever since I started doing this my skin is glowing and I rarely get pimples anymore.

Used 0.1 since day one, thats all I use along with vit c serum (self made from powder)
+ moisturiser/cleanser ofc
Overall my skin was already pretty good, but retin-a made it even better, completely acne free and has a nice tone

Accutane from my expirience saved my horrible acne although i purged and got some scars
I think laser is really good antiaging and scar fixing procedure
But the most important thing is sun protection

Ive tried about every product there is, many at the same time, spaced out, etc

Legit only:

Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser
Squalane oil
Hyaularonic Acid
Aquaphor
Differin
Tretinoin (space out until tolerance builds)

thats honestly all. I had extremely sensitive skin and everything fucked me

so this is the bare minimum for good skin if ur not cystic imo

I started using epiduo, medacinT and zirthomax tablets after 8 years of acne and they seems to be working pretty well.

They're pretty much gone after 4 months now. I don't even have backne anymore.

Retin-A cleared my blackheads in about two months, and in conjunction with a skin routine heavy on moisturizing, I avoided the dry skin that comes from Retin-A.

1)Co2 laser resurfacing - waste of money
2)Pure retinol peel - legit extraterrestrial magic, king of peels, the only thing that cured post acne PIE and PIH.
3)tretinoin .05 - aggressive shit. Multiplied my acne by x1000.
tretinoin .025 - good enough, but too slow. Cured my acne. Gives a lot of blackheads in return. Skin gets really smooth on it.
4)adapalene .05 - better than tretinoin in terms of treating acne, but does little to improve skin texture and tone
5)azelaic acid - didn't notice any improvement

You won't believe it but when I had my nails long I get a lot of pimples on my face because I touch my face a lot. Whenever I cut my nails, they go away. Also aloe vera reduced my pimples and glyco 6 removed my acne marks

I come with a different approach. Check out Frank Tufano vídeo on how to cure acné.

His routine is raw beef liver and seaweed. More or less vitamin a and minerals. I actually did it for a couple days and i rarely get a pimple anymore. He also advice vitamin d, so You should get in the sun, i actually got compliments on My skin when i got really a Lot of time on the sun, also iodine and Omega 3 are important.

Right now My routine is only cod liver oil and 20 minutes sun exposure. But if You want to go hard You can go full on yogurth, liver and some fish for the iodine, just do this for a couple of days You Will have and overflow of vitamin a. Thats the only thing that works for me tbh.

Without a doubt the classic face wash + moisteriser combo works well. My skin was perfect last year just from those two. Now I've added retinol and sun cream and hope it will be amazing
