im eating some oats with banana, totals to 190 calories it looks like shit because i added cinnamon

Mostly a toast(whole grain) with low fat ham and goat cheese on it and some vegetables(tomatoes, radishes..). As a dessert afterwards, selfmade protein pan cakes or a high protein yoghurt.
