doesnt hurt many people do intradermal mesotherapy of some collagen boosting products or even just natural PRP/PRF. i have done DIY PRF before and it only stings if you insert the needle too slowly. subcutaneous in face should hurt even less but theres no point when it all becomes systemic anyway jfl

i mean itll work its just riskier as ive inserted many needles into my face and can tell you even if you stay shallow there are so many blood vessels you could potential hit, even if they aren't major ones. ive often started literally leaking blood out of my face when i was trying to fix some acne scarring because i hit a blood vessel. i mean u will be fine even if u hit shit but idk why u would anyway cuz u could still get marks over time
