What diet do you believe to be optimal / do you follow?

I follow the eat like shit then starve diet
 
everything tbh

once i can cook confidently ill go fully animal based with some carbs like fruits and raw honey

whole foods. Went from takin a nap almost everyday to having too much energy to the point of doing 20k steps a day + gym and cardio

gluten free diet at all times, i do low carb when trying to debloat
 
im trying to eat a balanced diet and focus on protein in every meal

Yes protein should always be the focus IMO, as well as fat for hormones.

What does balanced mean to you? Like including everything from meats to veg etc?

balanced diet i mean protein carbs and fats plus yes veg and fruits
