What diet should I follow and what gym split should I do?

I'm currently in a calorie deficit to lose weight and following some bs diet that I asked chatgpt, here's what I asked: "Give me a good diet that's 2300 calories, high in protein, low in sodium, high in potassium, no processed sugar/junk food and whole foods only. Also, the breakfast should relatively be quick and easy to do because I don't got that much time before school in the morning and the lunch should be packable in a lunch box. I'm 18, 5'4" (over) and 159lbs". I just followed whatever zeta was saying in his course leaked on yt and asked chatgpt like he said. I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago and I'm currently doing PPL split 6x a week. I'm a genuine retard help :feelswhy:

The gyms split doesn’t matter as long as you are getting atleast 2x frequency on every muscle every week and hop on roids

wouldn't roids fuck up my growth though because I went to check if my growth plates were still open 3 weeks ago and it looked like they were but since then I haven't got any news from my doctor same for the tretinoin cream I told him to prescribe me

As long as you do research and do it in a controlled and reasonable amount you should be fine.

Será que os esteroides não prejudicariam meu crescimento? Porque eu fui verificar se minhas placas de crescimento ainda estavam abertas há 3 semanas e parecia que sim, mas desde então não tive notícias do meu médico. O mesmo aconteceu com o creme de tretinoína que pedi para ele me receitar.

if u don't hop on you can't gain mass quickly without getting chubby/bloated, need at a calorie surplus to gain lots of mass and in particular right after you work out so it actually goes to your muscles without getting fat, protein doesn't actually help you build muscle just recover faster from working out. I personally wouldn't hop on anything to crazy or anything neurotoxic like Tren but that's your own discretion also doing roids when your still developing will limit height and other kinds of development while boosting others -- Tren is very neurotoxic so it will maybe halt all brain development if used in excess and even in diminutive amount it can slow brain development. Another thing to add would be if you are planning on hopping on, I would work out for at least 6 months to a year or at least until diminishing marginal gains kicks in. For your workout split, I would suggest PPLR, because it hits all the important groups for the right frequency each week do and do like 2x sets (10-8 reps) with a warmup set before it (around 12 reps) -- to maximize strength and volume growth form is most important and weight is 2nd, don't overexert yourself but make sure each final set is about 80-90% max effort while utilizing you entire muscle for optimal stimulus.

idk much about dieting, i got people that help me with that and supplements but don’t do ppl, it’s shit do arnold but make sure to get some rest
