I am considering a carnivore diet + roids + intermittent fasting since I need to get away from carbs and sodium and sugar and I love meat and dairy. I also hate processed foods since I think they are making me bloat and making my skin worse since I have bad acne. For more context i am 220ish lbs, 5'9, and I want to get to around 10-12 bf%.

Good idea. The best is what suits your lifestyle and the one you can hold through a long period of time without freaking out mentally. :)

As long as im seeing results that will be the fuel I need to withstand the hardships. I want to be optimal so I can constantly see results

Just go to TDEE calculator put height and weight in and subtract 600-1000 calories from it. You can afford to do a bigger deficit considering you are very fat right now
Yeah i was doing 1500 calories b4 I slipped up on my old intermittent fasting diet and failed, and got addicted to salt and fast food again. I lost 40 lbs from doing it, sad.

I feel you I went from 180-130 in a span of five months and then gained most of it back . 😔 in that case maybe just go slow and do a smaller deficit so you don’t binge after you lose the weight.
I didn't gain but like.. 5-7 lbs of it back? I think a good bit of it was muscle mass too since all my PRs in the gym have went up. I still have visible upper ribs and my face is much better than it used to be.

A specific “diet” is destined to fail in the long term.

Change your lifestyle instead i.e. track calories and steps per day, workout, eat healthy.

Salt is not a problem despite what some people tell you around here. It‘s very much needed for basic neurological functions and won’t make you bloated if not consumed in extreme excess from your regular daily intake. Without carbs, sodium becomes even more important because its harder for your body to hold onto it
