i don't think more potassium = holy bloat

but i dont feel like im doing everything i could be for a leaner face. I don't cut all sodium out of my diet either, but i don't glaze salt over anything i eat really.

supplementing potassium doesnt sound ideal to me. and "coconut water" I know i woudnt like.

i used to have bananas pre workout, but have started using skittles (yes actually) to carb load before a workout.

what other normal / actually nice tasting things can i add to my diet for a higher potassium intake?

breakfast eggs, sometimes toast white bread

preworkout carb load with skittles

lunch, normally a tortilla with precooked/sliced chicken tikka and cheese

dinner, most days chicken curry and rice

i dont like brown bread its disgusting, but toast is maybe twice a week breakfast.

wraps can probably cut out, helps me hit my calories though, skittles have been crazy for carb loading before going

if youre main problem is facial leanness the main thing is your sodium intake rather than potassium intake, you seem to eat alot of indian food which can be high in sodium. and just overall unhealthy diet, if all you want is more potassium: swap rice with potatoes, swap skittles for literally like any fruit (bananas maybe). overall if you want a leaner face you might have to cut the indian food

its not like indian takeout, its very little amount of curry paste with water that i make myself at home.

after writing it down in this thread, i am noticing lots of things im adding to my day to day meals that are there purely for paste, that do not benefit me at all.
