It's not going to do anything if you haven't been consistently consuming it since a very young age. This is the same deal with fully grown adults trying to change their face by having a better diet, the damage is done after age 16 pretty much.

on a serious note, i can guess my bone structure is only well developed because my family fed me A LOT of animal food as a baby. i'd crave pork and beef, and they'd feed me as much as I wanted. this made my overweight, but when I cut I could see the bone structure was there. this may be anectodal, but my older cousin ate way less animal foods and way more soy shit, and he's recessed. again, this wont conclude anything, but pretty much corroborates the carnivore preachers.

if you are more than 80% white you should never develop intolerance, as the enviornment forced us to be farmers therefore we can toletare everything present in raw milk.
