What differentiates attractive sleepy/tired eyes from bugeyes?

It may be technically considered a "flaw" but alot of sex symbols do have the trait of looking perpetually eepy. Even more common on foids. What specifically differentiates this positive trait from the typical bugeye failo? Just general harmony?

You can still look attractive with them I’m just saying in order for them to have any kind of a halo you would have to usually be white

pretty sure tired eyes lack undereye support to give scleral show and usually almond eyes whereas bug eyes have large amiunts of uee and protrude from the skull

Bug eyes are from too much UEE, sleepy eyes are from poor undereye support.
